New Real Madrid coach Carlo Ancelotti is keen to bring Fabian Ruiz back to Spain.
Ancelotti worked with Ruiz as Napoli coach and remains a big fan of the Spain international.
Okdiario's chief pundit Eduardo Inda, speaking on El Chiringuito, has revealed Ancelotti has requested his signing in conversation with Real president Florentino Perez.
Inda said, "Ancelotti has already been told to forget about signings, but there is a player who he has expressly asked for, who he took to Napoli.
"He would love to have Fabian..."
Ruiz was one of Napoli's first signings under Ancelotti, with the midfielder arriving from Real Betis for €35m three years ago.
