Atletico Madrid are interested in Olympique Lyon midfielder Houssem Aouar.
Aouar is available for a knockdown £20m and is being linked with long-term suitors Arsenal this week.
However, Le 10 Sport says Atletico are also interested in the France international.
Atletico have held talks with both OL and Aouar's agents to register their interest, though no firm offer has yet been tabled.
The two clubs enjoy open communication lines after Moussa Dembele joined Atletico in January on-loan.
