Kota Kinabalu: Several hours of incessant rain since noon Friday inundated several low-lying areas of the State Capital as well as Penampang with waist-deep water.
Among the affected areas in the city were Kolombong, Likas and Jalan Sepanggar, while in Penampang, the usual flood-prone areas of Kibabaig and Minintod were among the worst hit.
