Under Javi Garcia Pimienta, Barca B reached the Segunda B promotion playoffs, but fell short in the semifinals, despite including Oscar Mingueza in their line up.
However, it was still a successful season individually for Pimienta's prospects, as he saw Mingueza, Pedri, Riqui Puig and Ilaix Moriba all play significant roles in the first team this season.
