Barcelona have announced the return of Jordi Cruyff as sports advisor.
The former Barca striker and son of club great Johan Cruyff strengthens a front office which already counts on football directors Ramon Planes and Mateo Alemany.
In a statement today, Barca declared: "The arrival of Jordi Cruyff to Barça has been possible thanks to the collaboration of the Chinese team of Shenzhen FC, in which he joined as coach in 2020, the Kaisa group and the president of the Chinese team, Kwok Ying Shing, who have played a decisive role to facilitate his departure to Barcelona, despite still having a contract in force, and with which we will be happy to seek future possibilities of collaboration."
