Manchester United are due to meet with agents for Rennes midfielder Eduardo Camavinga next week.
The Rennes starlet has attracted attention from a number of top clubs in recent months after bursting onto the scene in Ligue 1 and representing France in the Nations League.
The Red Devils are keen to act fast to snap him up before another club does after young England international Jude Bellingham snubbed Manchester United for Bundesliga giants Dortmund.
RMC says United are ready to meet with Camavinga's entourage as early as next week.
Rennes are believed to be open to selling the midfielder this summer as they are guaranteed a transfer fee for him.
Camavinga is out of contract in June 2022 and Rennes do not want to see the 18-year-old leave on a free.
