Sky Italia says Napoli are lining up a surprise move for Tottenham attacker Sissoko.
The Frenchman is on Napoli's radar in this summer's transfer window.
It is added that the Serie A club want to sign at least one midfielder this summer and believe they could tempt Sissoko away from north London.
