Roma hero Vincent Candela has welcomed the appointment of Jose Mourinho as new coach.
Mourinho will replace Paulo Fonseca next month and prepare for the next season in Serie A.
It marks a return to Italy for Mourinho after leading Inter Milan to the 2010 Treble.
“I expect a better season than the one just finished, which was very difficult," Candela told Calciomercato.it.
“Mourinho is a winner and I have a lot of faith in him, even for three or four signings. Surely, we will get some joy."
