Los Angeles FC star Diego Rossi is attracting Premier League interest.
The Telegraph says Tottenham and Everton are showing interest in the Uruguay international striker.
Rossi, 23, has emerged as one of the most exciting talents in MLS.
He has scored three goals in five league games this season. Last season, he scored 18 goals in 26 competitive matches.
It's suggested Rossi can leave LAFC for £10m.
