Leeds United defender Ezgjan Alioski is preparing for North Macedonia's Euros debut on Sunday against Austria.
Coached by Igor Angelovski at this tournament, Alioski has paid tribute to his Leeds United manager when asked about the differences between the pair.
Admitting that Bielsa cannot be compared to anyone, Alioski paid tribute to his unique style and ability.
“Bielsa is a one-off. You can't compare him to others — he has another brain from most people. I can't say he's like any other coach," Alioski, who is about to come off contract, told The Athletic.
“It's not that Marcelo is better than Angelovski — he's just different. He's different from any coach I've ever had.
“Angelovski has his own philosophy with which he's doing very well and it's different from club coaching to international. He may see us only four times a year for a period of days but he believes in us as a group of players.
“He knows he can get success and gives us a lot of freedom and confidence. The players go to the national camp happily because he treats us well and we can see his work can lead to success. He has said to us: 'With this team, I want to achieve something'. We have gone on unbeaten runs and the coach is a big part of that."
