The son of Ronald Koeman hopes he is confirmed as Barcelona coach next season.
Barca president Joan Laporta is expected to soon confirm Koeman will remain in charge of the second-year of his two-year contract.
FC Oss goalkeeper Ronald Koeman Jr told Marca: "I hope that my father will be the manager of Barcelona next season, but it is not something that depends on me, but on the president.
"I think they had a good season. They won the Cup. They couldn't win LaLiga, but I hope that next season they will have the opportunity to win LaLiga as well.
"I have to trust my father. I know that he trusts himself and now he needs to have the confidence of the president. As a coach, he must have confidence. If not, the best thing is to leave."
