Borussia Monchengladbach chief Max Eberl has set his price to sell Jonas Hofmann.
The Germany winger is interesting Chelsea and Tottenham in England, along with LaLiga champions Atletico Madrid.
Eberl told BILD: "We live in a time when nothing can be ruled out.
"But we certainly don't want to sell Jonas. If at some point a club says they are offering 40 million euros for Jonas, no club can say that I don't care."
Hofmann, 28, has a deal with Gladbach to 2023.
