Sevilla sporting director Monchi admits he does doubt himself at times.
Monchi is regarded as among the world's best sporting directors.
But he told AS: "Sometimes I have doubts as to whether I am a good boss.
"I am a boss, a very close leader, but I also seek others to become leaders, people capable of making decisions.
"I tell them, imagine that I don't come to work for a month, and you have to plan a work week, a preseason, a match day or a scouting day ... Do it yourselves. It is good that when you manage a group you make them feel that the successes are theirs and when things do not go well the culprit is you.
"So you get them to keep moving forward and keep making decisions."
