Spartak Moscow midfielder Alex Kral is staying calm about talk of interest from West Ham.
Kral's agent Karol Kisel has confirmed talks with the Hammers.
He said, "If there is any movement on transfers, then my agent is in charge. I want to have a clear head before the European Championship. I will deal with all other questions after the tournament.
"The transfer is not a small thing, there is a lot to plan ahead, and yet there is a risk - you do not know what can happen and how to foresee everything. Any transfer should be a step forward, and we will be guided accordingly."
