Liverpool fullback Kostas Tsimikas has seen Napoli pull out of a deal.
It's been reported in Italy that Tsimikas had agreed terms with the Azzurri, only for a deal to abruptly end.
Gazzetta dello Sport reports the 23-year-old has said yes to the Serie A side but Rai Sport journalist Ciro Venerato told Radio Kiss Kiss Napoli's Radio Goal “he won't come" because “Napoli won't take him" when responding to the possibility of the Greek defender arriving at Napoli this summer.
Tsimikas arrived at the Reds last summer but turned out just seven times for them in 2020/21 - including just two outings in the Premier League.
