France coach Didier Deschamps is pleased with what he's seen from Real Madrid striker Karim Benzema.
Deschamps ended a six-year international exile for Benzema ahead of this month's Euros and insists he doesn't need any "apology" from the striker.
"Obviously I knew very well, by making this decision, that it was going to make some noise," said Deschamps.
"I don't know how many times I've been asked the question 'but are you waiting for a public apology?', I wasn't expecting anything.
"He knows very well how to thank me in the best possible way. There is only one truth, it is that of the field."
