Levi Colwill is set to sign new terms with Chelsea.
Colwill, 18, is preparing to become the latest addition to the Premier League club's loan army.
According to transfer journalist Fabrizio Romano, the defender will soon extend his contract past its current 2023 expiry date.
Chelsea will then find a club in the Championship suitable for a loan spell to gain first-team experience.
Many inside the Blues academy rate Colwill as a star of the future.
Along with 18 appearances in the Under-23s' PL2 campaign, he appeared in the EFL Trophy, FA Youth Cup, and for England Under-17s last campaign.
