Kota Kinabalu: The State Government has allocated RM1.5 million to help 5,000 Sabahans in higher learning institutions, teaching colleges and Islamic religious schools in the country who are affected by the Covid-19 pandemic.
Special Tasks Minister Datuk Mohd Arifin Mohd Arif said a one-off RM300 would be given to each student staying in hostels, or outside campus like renting rooms or houses throughout the implementation of the Movement Control Order (MCO).
