Lazio president Claudio Lotito is prepared to sell star midfielder Sergej Milinkovic-Savic this summer.
The Serbia international has been long been tracked by Europe's biggest clubs.
Il Messaggero says Lotito is willing to sell Milinkovic-Savic in the coming months and has set a starting price of €80m.
Liverpool are keen as they seek a replacement for PSG-bound Gini Wijnaldum, while Juventus are also interested and prepared to include Arthur in their proposal.
Milinkovic-Savic's agent, Matej Kezman, is due in Rome this week for talks with Lotito about the player's future.
