BILD says City have made contact with the agency for Eintract Frankfurt striker Andre Silva.
City have contacted the Gestifute agency, led by Jorge Mendes, who represent Silva. The Porutguese frontman scored 28 goals in the Bundesliga last season.
It's said Eintract will demand up to €40m for Silva, who could be a more reasonably priced option than Tottenham striker Harry Kane or Borussia Dortmund's Erling Haaland.
