Italy coach Roberto Mancini is delighted counting on Chelsea midfielder Jorginho.
Before victory over the Czech Republic, Mancini admitted the former Napoli star was key to his Euros plans.
Mancini said, “He will start.
"We spoke to him, he's fine and should play at least 45 minutes. He is a very important player for us, as he sets the tempo and makes the whole team tick. There are others who can fill in too, like Manuel Locatelli and Bryan Cristante."
Mancini also spoke of teenage Sassuolo forward Giacomo Raspadori call.
He added: “When there's a young lad added at the last minute to a major tournament, Italians always think about Paolo Rossi. Raspadori is just starting out, so there's no need to put pressure on him, he'll have a bright future with the Nazionale."
