Sky Italia says Hakimi has agreed personal terms ahead of a proposed move to Paris Saint-Germain.
The versatile Morocco international is edging closer to signing for the Ligue 1 giants, who must now decide on a fee with Inter.
Chelsea had been keen on Hakimi, who can play as a right-back or wing-back, but they appear set to lose out to PSG.
Hakimi only moved to Inter a year ago from Real Madrid.
