Italy coach Roberto Mancini intends to rotate his squad for their Euro 2020 encounter with Wales.
The Azzurri play their third Euro 2020 group stage game against Wales and will win group A if they avoid defeat.
“I'll ask the team to play as we know. We want to win to finish top of the group," Mancini told Sky Italia.
“It's our third game in ten days, some players are tired, and this may be the only moment to rotate the squad a little bit."
PSG midfielder Marco Verratti has missed the opening two games with a knee injury.
“He is not 100 per cent fit, but he can make up for it with his technical skills. He could start or come off the bench, we'll decide tomorrow."
