PSV Eindhoven defender Denzel Dumfries is back on the radar of Premier League clubs.
Long linked with a move to England, Voetbal International says Everton are interested in the Holland international.
The Blues are in the market for a new fullback signing this summer and have also been linked with Atletico Madrid's Kieran Trippier.
Dumfries will be part of Holland's squad for the Euros this month.
This past season, the 24 year-old played 39 games for PSV scoring four goals.
