Inter Milan great Sandro Mazzola has welcomed their move for AC Milan midfielder Hakan Calhanoglu.
The Turkey international joins Inter as he comes off contract with the Rossonero this month.
Mazzola told Calciomercato.com: “I like Calhanoglu, he's a great signing. He holds the ball well, he can dribble, and he also has a nice shot."
He also praised the appointment of new coach Simone Inzaghi as a replacement for Antonio Conte.
Mazzola added: “I liked him a lot as a player, and I also appreciate him as a manager, because of his character and temperament. His Lazio played well. He is the right replacement for Conte and he wants to win."
