La Nazione says Tottenham and West Ham are interested in the 23-year-old Poland international.
Spurs goalkeeper Hugo Lloris is entering the final year of his deal and Dragowski is being considered as a possible replacement.
At West Ham, meanwhile, Dragowski would arrive as initial cover for countryman Lukasz Fabianski ahead of eventually succeeding him.
Last season, Dragowski played 36 matches in Serie A, having kept eight clean sheets.
