Liverpool defender Nat Phillips admits he's yet to see a fan on the street wearing his shirt.
Phillips played a major role in Liverpool's charge to a top four finish this season.
He told the Liverpool Echo: “As your name grows gradually, you get introduced to that side of it pretty gradually. I'd get recognised a bit in Stuttgart but it's not on the level of Liverpool.
“The nature of my introduction to the side and how fans have taken to me and my playing style as well, attracted attention in itself.
“I knew more people would recognise me but it has been a shock to me, how many people do recognise me, so I am adjusting to it.
“I've seen a few 'Phillips' shirts online but nothing in the flesh yet. I enjoyed it (the chant - 'Nat Phillips in the air'), it made me laugh. It was surreal, seeing them singing my name in a football chant."
