PSG president Nasser Al-Khelaifi has ruled out the possibility of Kylian Mbappe leaving on a free transfer.
The French superstar continues to be linked with Real Madrid and Liverpool as he stalls on signing a new contract with PSG.
But the Parisians have no plans to sell their prized asset.
"I will be very clear: Kylian Mbappé is going to stay at PSG," Al-Khelaifi told L'Equipe.
"We will never sell him, and he will never leave for free."
Neymar recently agreed an extension with the club, and Al-Khelaifi is confident Mbappe will follow suit.
He added: "It was not difficult to reach an agreement with Neymar. It only took so long because of the health crisis. I never had doubts.
"All I can say is that things are going well [with Mbappe]
"I hope we can reach an agreement. This is Paris, this is his country.
"He has a mission, not only to be a footballer, but to promote Ligue 1, his country and its capital."
