England great Terry Butcher believes Arsenal midfielder Joe Willock is on track for a Three Lions breakthrough.
Willock's blistering form with Newcastle United could put him in contention to make the 'major step' to representing England next season, says Butcher.
Butchertold PlayOJO: "He's pretty young, he's done ever so well but it's a major step up when it comes to England.
"It's the level of training – there's a big jump from a 21-year-old in the Premier League to international football.
"I think Gareth would have looked at it and said he's worth looking at but maybe for next season."
