Scott Parker is close to finalising the termination of his Fulham contract.
The Englishman has been at odds with the board over transfer budgets since Fulham's relegation to the Championship.
Parker has already begun shaping his new backroom room staff at Bournemouth, where he is expected to takeover once Jonathan Woodgate's contract expires on July 1.
Fulham have also started to look for replacements as they near an agreement with Parker, per Sky Sports.
