Dejan Lovren admits England's squad for the upcoming Euros is 'scary'.
The former Liverpool defender will play for Croatia against England in their Euros opener on Sunday.
He told Sky Sports: "England have unbelievable talent in their squad. When you look at all the players and how they are playing at the moment, it's quite scary.
"But you need to remember Croatia also have quite big players who are playing and are in great shape. I think it's the best season for every player [individually] because we won a lot of trophies.
"There are a couple like [Luka] Modric or [Sime] Vrsaljko from Atletico Madrid or Mateo Kovacic with Chelsea in the Champions League, so it will be interesting to see this game against England."
