The exciting number 10, who is starring for England at Euro 2020 at present, is also wanted by Premier League champions Manchester City.
Accoridng to Football Insider, Chelsea owner Roman Abramovich is ready to bank-roll a top signing like Grealish.
Chelsea already have an abundance of attacking talent, but may want to add more depth in the form of Grealish, especially if they sold someone like Callum Hudson-Odoi.
Grealish was previously linked with a move to Manchester United, but they have seemingly shifted their attention to other priorities.
