Former Inter Milan defender Daniele Adani was disappointed with Nicolo Barella after Italy's defeat of Austria.
Italy are now into the quarterfinals of Euro 2020 with the win, but Adani felt Barelli could've done better.
The Azzurri needed extra-time to win, with Adani unimpressed.
“In 80 minutes, our three forwards produced just a crossbar from Immobile with a long shot out of the context of the game," said Adani.
"And even Nicolo Barella did not do well today."
