The Argentina left-back is being linked with Everton and Leeds United.
De Telegraaf says Ajax will sell Tagliafico for €12 million this summer.
The 28-year-old is notably cheaper than last summer when Ajax were demanding €25 million for his services.
Leeds have been named as a possible destination for the Argentine in the not-so-distant past.
