Norwich City are set to sign talented youngster Liam Gibbs from local rivals Ipswich Town.
The midfielder recently turned down a contract offer from the League One club.
Manchester United, Aston Villa and Leeds have all been linked with the 18-year-old.
Pinkun says Norwich have won the race to poach Gibbs from the Tractor Boys.
Ipswich will receive a compensation fee for the homegrown player.
