Manchester United pair Amad and Eric Bailly have been named in Ivory Coast's Olympics squad.
Football at the Olympics gets underway on July 22 and the final is scheduled for August 7 - a week before United 's season starts against Leeds United at Old Trafford.
The Manchester Evening News says Bailly and Amad will not be available for any of the warm-up matches due to their participation in the Olympics and travelling.
United's preparations are already compromised by the involvement of 13 internationals at the European Championship and Copa America. Bailly has returned from international duty with an injury or ailment five times during his United career.
The Africa Cup of Nations also starts on January 9 and Bailly and Amad are likely to receive call-ups for the month-long tournament in Cameroon.
