Arsenal and Manchester United can sign Barcelona defender Samuel Umtiti on the cheap.
The Daily Star says Frenchman Umtiti is refusing to rescind his contract, meaning the Catalans will either look to sell the player or send him out on loan to save a hefty gross €20million (£17million).
Premier League clubs United and Arsenal have been strongly linked with Umtiti, 27, in the past and could be tempted into making an offer for the player.
The defender was a crucial part of Barcelona's defence when he initially arrived in 2016 but injury problems have limited his action to less than 50 league appearances over the last three seasons.
With young talents Ronald Araujo, Oscar Mingueza and Eric Garcia now coming through, he is surplus to requirements while taking up a huge chunk of the wage bill.
