PETALING JAYA: The health ministry has reported a record high of 9,353 Covid-19 cases in the past 24 hours.
In a Facebook post, health director-general Dr Noor Hisham Abdullah said the total number of infections now stands at 827,191.
Selangor recorded the highest number of cases with 4,277.
This was followed by Kuala Lumpur (1,398), Melaka (835), Negeri Sembilan (638), Johor (399), Kedah (364), Sarawak (352), Sabah (251), Pahang (247), Penang (180), Perak (145), Kelantan (89), Labuan (85), Terengganu (50), Putrajaya (39) and Perlis (4).
