Manchester City midfielder Ivan Ilic is wanted back by Hellas Verona.
Verona are looking to secure a return for Ilic to the club after he spent the second half of last season in Italy, reports TMW.
Verona have already taken steps towards a deal by launching a loan 'proposal' to the Premier League champions.
They will face 'strong competition' from ES Troyes AC, who are part-owned by the City Football Group.
