Wolves defender Ruben Vinagre has joined Sporting CP on a season long loan, with the Portuguese club holding the option to acquire the player next summer on a permanent basis.
The move is the Portuguese's third loan spell away from Molineux, after he spent the 2020/21 season at Olympiacos and Famalicao.
In Wolves colours, the 21-year-old has played 70 times in the West Midlands, scoring goals against Burton Albion in the Championship, and Crusaders and FC Pyunik in the Europa League.
Now, he returns to his home nation to link up with the Liga Nos champions ahead of their 2021/22 campaign.
