PSV Eindhoven are demanding £20m to sell Noni Madueke.
The Sun says the London-born attacker, 19, left Tottenham in 2018 after starring in their youth ranks and is now a major player in Holland.
Madueke has caught the eye of Crystal Palace and Leicester with his displays — but the fee demanded by PSV is too much for his admirers at the moment.
Last season the winger contributed seven goals and six assists in 24 league games, in what was his first full season as a professional.
Madueke helped his club win the first leg of their Champions League qualifier with Galatasaray last week and his value will only rise as that competition progresses.
