Tottenham defender Toby Alderweireld is being lined up for a move to Qatar.
Al-Duhail are in talks with Alderweireld about a move this summer.
The Telegraph says the Qataris are offering £13m for the Belgium defender, who has a deal with Spurs to 2023.
Club Brugge and Ajax have also been in contact with Alderweireld's minders.
However, Al-Duhail have so far tabled the highest bid.
