West Brom boss Valerien Ismael has praised the attitude of Matheus Pereira amid Premier League transfer speculation.
Leeds United, Liverpool and Leicester City have been linked with Pereira.
While his future appears to be away from the club, Ismael says Pereira has impressed him in training with his professional attitude.
“With Pereira – we spoke really openly about the situation," the head coach said.
“I don't have a problem. We made it simple, you are in or you are out.
“But if you are in, you are 100 per cent.
“He said in training he would give 100 per cent and he is focused.
“I can't say anything else."
