Granit Xhaka, Eddie Nketiah, Lucas Torreira, Ainsley Maitland-Niles, Alexandre Lacazette, Hector Bellerin, Reiss Nelson and Joe Willock are all being made available.
At the same time, Lyon midfielder Houssem Aouar and Brighton defender Ben White are currently Arsenal transfer priorities.
