Borussia Dortmund are also interested in Leao, knowing the Rossonero are prepared to sell.
The striker can leave San Siro for €25m.
Milan are already preparing to replace Leao and have identified FC Copenhagen's Mohamed Daramy, 19, as a potential solution.
