Tottenham are set to face Real Madrid in preseason thanks to a clause in Gareth Bale's loan deal last season.
Bale spent last season back in north London on a temporary basis, but has returned to the Bernabeu since.
And he is set to be reunited with Tottenham this summer in a preseason friendly between Real and the Lilywhites.
Spanish journalist Jose Felix Dias [via Last Word on Spurs], the friendly is part of Bale's then-world record agreement to join Real Madrid back in 2013.
Tottenham are said to have requested the pre-season fixture - and it looks as though Real have no choice but to accept.
