New Tottenaham boss Nuno has approved the sale of Harry Winks.
Though with a contract to 2024, the England midfielder is up for sale at Spurs this summer, reports Football Insider.
Spurs are seeking to raise €30m from Winks' departure.
He has played 173 competitive matches for Tottenham. Winks has also made ten international appearances for England.
Tottenham have recently sold Toby Alderweireld and Erik Lamela.
