Tottenham have made an offer for Inter Milan defender Milan Skriniar.
With owners Suning struggling with debt problems, Inter may be forced to make another major sale this summer following the €73m departure of Achraf Hakimi to PSG last week.
And TMW says Skriniar is emerging as a likely candidate to depart.
Indeed, Tottenham have already made an opening offer for the stopper and could return with a new proposal.
It's suggested if Spurs include the right players in their package a deal can be struck.
