Bayer Leverkusen winger Leon Bailey admits he's ready to leave this summer.
Bailey is the subject of a bid from Aston Villa this week.
The Jamaica international said: "I feel 100 percent that I am ready to take the next step.
"I have worked hard all my life to get to where I am today. Now I am an age and a place where I am ready for the next step.
"Hopefully, that can happen soon. It's about being on top, and I need new challenges, so anywhere I can show myself is a good opportunity."
Bailey has a deal with Bayer to 2023.
