SANDAKAN: The State Government is urged to provide flexibility to defer the payment of State Sales Tax (CJN) on fishery commodities brought out of Sabah.
Elopura Assemblyman Calvin Chong (pic) said taxpayers in the State including fishermen or seafood entrepreneurs were among those affected by the Covid-19 outbreak.
As such, deferring the tax payment are among initiatives in overcoming financial instability.
